Diagnosed with autism and ADHD, Mara Staub has turned her challenges in accessing employment into a driving force for change. For the past five years, she has led Autypik, the first recruitment platform designed by and for neurodivergent individuals, and has been disrupting the corporate world to enable neurodivergent people to work without having to over-adapt. Through a program that combines corporate training, a tailored recruitment platform, and support services, Autypik has trained and educated more than 3,000 employees, facilitated neuro-inclusive hiring, and sparked a cultural shift.
