 Why and how do I register for Big?
Big is Europe's largest business gathering. Taking part in Big gives you the opportunity to discover an unprecedented variety of content, with concrete themes. It's also a unique opportunity to develop your business and understand the major issues of tomorrow.

Registering for Big allows you to attend all conferences, masterclasses and workshops, network and make business appointments. You'll also have access to all the event replays.

Is Big a physical or digital event?
Big is a hybrid event, it is possible for you to go in person to attend all the interventions as well as to the meeting within the framework of the networking, moreover all the conferences are broadcast on video on the site big.bpifrance .fr and will be available for replay from October 11th.

Please note that some sessions of Big Angels Day are digital.

Can I go to Big in person?
The 2026 edition of Big is taking place in hybrid, it is possible to come in person to the Accor Arena, Paris, and follow the different spaces live from your computer and/or mobile.

How do I get to Big?
Big takes place at the Accor Arena Paris, at 8 boulevard de Bercy 75012 Paris. This place is accessible via metro lines 6 and 14 through Bercy station, as well as by RER A and D, and subway lines 1 and 14 through Gare de Lyon station.

 I registered for Big face-to-face but I haven't received my badge?
Access badges will be sent by email a few days before the day of the event. You can also find your badge in your personal space.
If you have not received your badge, or there is no printer available, hostesses will be present at the entrance to the Accor Arena to print it for you.

 Is there a cloakroom on site?
A locker room is available to you at the Accor Arena, it can be indicated to you by our hosts/hostesses at the entrance. However, there is no luggage storage.

What time zone is the event based on?
The event starts at 7:30 a.m. (CEST) – Thursday October 10 and is based on the Central European Summer Time (CEST) zone.

Connection to Big

What are the recommended media to access the platform?
For optimal navigation, we recommend using a computer and the Chrome browser. Some browsers may take longer to display content.
Regarding networking video conferences, this solution uses WebRTC technology. It is supported by all modern browsers on the market, including Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge. Be sure to keep these browsers up to date.
 I don't remember my password?
There is a forgotten password procedure. A secret code will be sent to the email address used for your registration, it will allow you to reset your account.
Does a Big app exist?
A mobile application is available on Google Play and Apple Store. Download the Bpifrance Événements application and find a map of the event to help you find your way around, the event program, and get in touch with other participants!

How do I add a session to my personal calendar?
In the “Program” tab, you can find all the conferences. To the right of each thumbnail is an “Subscribe” button. The session is automatically added to your personal agenda.

How do I find the sessions in my personal calendar?
In your personal space, available at the top right corner of your screen by clicking on the “my account” button, you can find your personal agenda and all the sessions to which you registered, and your appointments.

Are all sessions accessible in person?
The Big Angels Day sessions are only digital. The appointments at the Place des rendez-vous are hybrid. Make sure you check your diary to see whether your appointments are physical or digital. On site, be sure to bring your computers, tablets or smartphones to be able to connect to these different sessions, as well as your earphones. Echos, Masterclasses, Campus, BANG, Bulles and Ampli are accessible in person.
Is there a translation for the videos?
A translation with subtitles in English and French is available on the replays, a few hours after the conference. The subtitle language can be changed directly by clicking on the “settings” pictogram, then “subtitles”. The BANG replay is available in English.
I no longer wish to attend a conference, how to do?
In your personal space, accessible at the top right of the screen, you can find your personal calendar, and delete the sessions that no longer interest you.
I missed the session I wanted to attend, what should I do?
Replays will be available on the site the day after the event.
Do I need to add the session I’m interested in to my agenda to be able to attend?
It is preferable you register to the session to add it to your agenda, since some sessions have limited seats. To physically attend, we advise you to come in front of the room 10 minutes before the session starts to guarantee yourself a seat. The BANG scene, the Bulles and the Ampli are completely accessible.
My conference is full, what can I do?
All conferences are accessible digitally, so all you have to do is connect to the session to follow it live from your computer or mobile. You can also find similar conferences by creating your personalized program.
Are there earphones available for listening to the conferences?
We recommend that you bring your own earphones and charger. To avoid noise pollution when speaking, we use an audio system that requires the use of your smartphone.

Networking

How to network on Big?
There are several ways to network on Big.
 1. You can make appointments with the different companies present on the Place des Rendez-vous. To do this, you must offer them a slot among those available. If the slot suits your contact, the appointment will be validated. The appointments at the Place des rendez-vous are physical and digital. Slots are taken exclusively on the digital platform, for both types of appointments.

 2. You can network with participants via your private messaging service. To do this, make sure to ‘activate networking’ and fill in your interests in the “my info” tab of your personal space. This way our algorithm will be able to recommend the appropriate profiles to you. Private messaging also allows you to offer a videoconference discussion. 
Be sure to activate your camera and microphone. 

 If you are using a professional computer, make sure that your company allows computers connected to its network to support WebRTC technology. If this is not the case, you can either contact your IT department or connect via your phone (via data sharing). connection).

Can I buy food in Big?
• Water fountains are available on site, so feel free to bring your own water bottle. 
• A large, convivial “A table!” food court will offer drinks and sweet and savoury snacks.
