For over 200 years, the Peugeot brand has continually reinvented itself. As head of Peugeot Frères Industries, Thibault Martin-Dondoz now oversees several industrial SMEs and mid-market companies operating in very different sectors. His challenge is to grow this ecosystem without erasing the identity of each individual company.
