Artificial intelligence is now establishing itself as a key driver for the commercial property sector. But beyond the hype, what are the tangible applications, the real-world feedback and the roles undergoing change? Particular attention will be paid to a major challenge: how to secure, organise and make the most of data — for reporting, analysis or high-level oversight — whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and protection against cyber risks? Finally, because technology alone is not enough: how can teams be engaged in this transformation? What strategies can be employed to unite, train and support staff in the face of the changes brought about by AI, so as to make it a collective success? This round-table discussion will seek to address all these issues.
