Description

To mark the publication of his book \*La Fabrique de la souveraineté\*, Sébastien Soriano, Director-General of the National Institute of Geographic and Forest Information (IGN) and former Chair of Arcep (the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications, Postal Services and Press Distribution), explains why sovereignty cannot be simply decreed: it must be built. Businesses, the State, local authorities, innovation… what levers should be activated to regain control and collectively build the capacity for action that France and Europe need? The L’Optimiste stage is accessible only to participants with a badge granting access to the Excellence/Accélérés platform. All presentations are streamed live; you can watch them by logging in to the Live section at big.bpifrance.fr.

Bring your own headphones for some conferences.
Bring your water bottle, as water points will be available at the event.
Printing your access badge is not mandatory to access the event. You will be asked to present the QR code at the entrance to the event and the different conference rooms.

Sovereignty is possible: how can we build it together ?
