Greazi ABIRA
Graine d'Orateur
Cofondateur et coordinateur national
Description
Greazi ABIRA is the founder of the Graine d'Orateur Seine-Saint-Denis association, which promotes public speaking among young people, particularly from working-class backgrounds. Ever since he was a teenager, Greazi has been committed to improving the lot of his fellow citizens. His academic and professional career reveals a genuine interest in social issues such as inequality, education, equal opportunities and public policy. During his studies at SciencesPo, he completed an internship with the education attaché at the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the United States, as well as an internship in the public sector department of a consulting firm. Today, after working as a volunteer, he coordinates the national expansion of the Graine d'Orateur project. This commitment is undoubtedly due to his origins. Born in Montfermeil and raised in the Chêne Pointu housing estate in Clichy-sous-Bois and Les Bosquets in Montfermeil, Greazi moved with his parents to Bondy, where he completed his secondary education at Lycée Jean Renoir (93). In his final year, he discovered that he could take the entrance exam to the Institut Politiques de Paris via the priority education agreement procedure. However, overcome by self-censorship, he first thought of giving up. It was one of his best friends, Ahmet, who, pricking his pride, enticed him to join him. While studying human and social sciences, it was at this institution that they discovered the world of eloquence. The discovery soon became a passion, so much so that Greazi, accompanied by his best friend, took part in debate clubs, public speaking workshops and eloquence competitions, all of which he won. It was here that he realized the importance of passing on his knowledge and experience to others. The art of eloquence was a valuable and powerful skill, which could be used to inspire, convince and defend ideas.
