Description

The ecological transition is not limited to a few one-off actions. To have a real impact, it must be integrated into the company’s strategy, as well as into daily practices, managerial routines, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drawing on feedback from industrial companies involved in the La French Fab and Coq Vert communities, this workshop demonstrates how to sustain team engagement over the long term: providing purpose, setting priorities, implementing actions on the ground, measuring progress, and maintaining momentum despite operational constraints. A practical session to understand how to link environmental challenges, economic performance, and collective mobilization, in order to make the transition a shared endeavor.
