Description
Artificial intelligence is emerging as a key driver of transformation, but it poses a central question for organisations: how can we move quickly without losing control?
Behind this question lie very practical trade-offs: how far should we automate, how do we balance performance, risk and accountability, and what role should humans play in decision-making? This masterclass offers a practical perspective on the ethical challenges associated with AI.
It is no longer just a matter of broad principles, but of very concrete choices facing executives and CIOs. Through practical guidelines, this masterclass will demonstrate how to build AI that is high-performing, well-governed and controlled, turning it into a sustainable competitive advantage.
