Description
Padel centres, climbing walls, cycling centres, boxing gyms… sports and leisure concepts are attracting investors, driven by strong enthusiasm and growing demand. But demand is changing rapidly, fads can come and go, and not all concepts are equipped to stand the test of time.
How can you distinguish a long-term trend from a mere fad? Which indicators should you monitor to anticipate when a concept is running out of steam, and what strategies should you implement to adapt your offering in line with customer expectations: diversifying activities, moving upmarket, building customer loyalty, or introducing new formats?
A discussion to understand how sports and leisure operators can transform initial success into a sustainable business model, capable of navigating cycles rather than simply enduring them.
