Start-ups, SMEs, mid-market companies, large corporations: everywhere, business leaders are daring to rethink their business models. Repackaging, reuse, the functional economy, sharing: with boldness and determination, they are exploring models that are more sustainable, more resilient, more self-reliant and more competitive, without necessarily rejecting the existing system. This workshop helps participants move from inspiration to action, understand the challenges, identify the circular levers applicable to their own business and see how to engage their value chain.
