In France, some sectors remain below 50 per cent self-sufficiency, whilst agriculture accounts for nearly 19 per cent of greenhouse gas emissions. Changing the way we produce is therefore no longer an option. A new agricultural revolution is underway, driven by disruptive technologies, reimagined models and practical innovations. The ambition is clear: to produce better, strengthen our food sovereignty and reduce our environmental impact. But how far can we go? Under what economic, technological and industrial conditions can this transformation truly scale up?
