How is artificial intelligence transforming education and training? As AI becomes increasingly embedded in our daily and professional lives, the issue of learning takes centre stage. What skills do we need to develop to truly capitalise on these technologies? How can we train employees, students and managers to work with AI without losing their judgement, creativity and autonomy? For behind the promise of increased productivity lies a deeper question: does AI spell the end of certain intellectual skills, or does it, on the contrary, force us to redefine them?
