Industry means progress for territories : social cohesion, land renovation, social inclusion thanks to employment … However, the majority of their actions are left to chance. Entrepreneurs rarely know the actual stakes and inland territories' strategies; for big firms or SMEs, CSR policies are decided in headquarters without territorial adaptation. In a partnership with industrial and institutionnal networks committed to helping industry, Compagnum has established the basis of a strategy for Territorial Responsibility in the Industry (RTI), addressed to entrepreneurs. A new step in CSR strategies, RTI is a pragmatic process (territorial impact indicators, action plan, governance) that support the industry's acceptability and guarantees an industrialization that will prove useful to the French in their daily lives. This process is currently being experimented with industrial startups and SMEs, as well as Territoires d'Industrie.
