AI holds both promise and causes for concern. It is already changing the game for young people entering the labour market, against a backdrop of long-term instability where career benchmarks are shifting rapidly. According to the World Economic Forum, nearly 44% of current skills will change by 2027. Recruitment methods are changing, some roles are disappearing, others are emerging, and career paths are becoming less linear. This workshop aims to analyse these developments, identify the key skills to develop and gain a better understanding of companies’ new expectations. It also explores ways to stand out in the job market by using AI in a relevant, responsible and ethical manner.
