WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THIS EVENT

As part of this event for which you are registering (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), Bpifrance, a public limited company with a capital of €5,440,000,000, headquartered at 27-31, avenue du Général Leclerc – 94700 Maisons-Alfort, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 320 252 489, acting in its own name and on behalf of the companies of the "Bpifrance Group" as defined below (hereinafter "Bpifrance"), may capture images (still or moving) and sound recordings of you (the "Images and Videos"), including:

• General and framed shots (still and filmed);
• Interviews (including photographed or filmed);
• Still images extracted from videos;
• Webinars;
• …

By participating in the Event and entering the site where it takes place, you:

• Authorize Bpifrance, as well as all entities of the Bpifrance Group, without reservation and without financial compensation, worldwide, to capture, or have captured, Images and Videos of you alone or in a group during the Event, and to reproduce, or have reproduced, and distribute, or have distributed, all Images and Videos on any paper, digital, electronic, optical, or other media, known or unknown to date, by any means, without limitation on quantity, including through any electronic communication means or computer network, in whole or in part, under the conditions described below, for a period of 5 years from the date of the Event, and for the following purposes:
  • Internal communication of the Bpifrance Group companies, to their staff, in any form, on the following media:
    • Intranet site, internal networks;
    • Display screens;
    • Emails and newsletters;
    • Production/distribution of internal articles and paper publications;
    • …
  • External communication of the Bpifrance Group companies, regarding their activities, services, and/or the events they organize, in any form, on the following media:
    • Bpifrance websites;
    • Conferences;
    • Social media;
    • Online video platforms;
    • Emails and newsletters;
    • Communication brochures/pamphlets;
    • Posters;
    • Screens in an event context (broadcast on screens in a public place);

• Expressly acknowledge that the Images and Videos, reproduced and distributed on the Internet, including on the Bpifrance Group's websites, social media, and/or online video platforms, may be shared by anyone with access to them, without any control by Bpifrance. Therefore, you acknowledge that Bpifrance will not be held responsible for any sharing of Images and Videos on sites other than those used by Bpifrance.
• Expressly acknowledge that Bpifrance will have the choice, subject to respect for the image and dignity of individuals, of the Images and Videos, including regarding editing and any cuts.
• Grant the same authorization under the same terms and conditions and for the same purposes to any third party to which Bpifrance or a Bpifrance Group entity may resort, or which may act on its behalf, for the achievement of the aforementioned purposes, including service providers tasked by Bpifrance with the production and/or distribution of Images and Videos, for the purpose of capturing and/or producing and/or recording and/or exploiting the Images and Videos.
• Acknowledge that you cannot claim any copyright, intellectual property rights, and/or performer's rights over the Images and Videos.

Specific Information Notice Regarding the Protection of Personal Data in the Context of the Right to Image

As part of your relationship with Bpifrance, personal data (identification data, image, and voice) is collected and processed by Bpifrance, in particular during your participation in the Event, in its capacity as data controller, based on its legitimate interest in communicating about events related to its activities, for the following purposes:

• Capturing Images and Videos (e.g., filming during and after conferences, workshops, seminars, conventions, and/or events);
• Reproducing and distributing Images and Videos;
• Exploiting Images and Videos within the framework of the purposes described above, which include, in particular, the internal and/or external communication of Bpifrance, depending on the authorizations given and under the conditions defined above.

This policy may be modified and updated periodically to reflect legislative or regulatory changes or to meet our information obligations under applicable personal data protection regulations. We invite you to refer to it regularly on our website.

Definition of the Bpifrance Group

The Bpifrance Group refers to all current and future entities, in France (including overseas departments and territories) and internationally, as follows:

1. Bpifrance (a public limited company registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 320 252 489);
2. Its subsidiaries, as defined in Article L. 233-1 of the French Commercial Code;
3. Companies and groupings in which one or more of the aforementioned companies have, together or separately, a participation, as defined in Article L. 233-2 of the French Commercial Code;
4. Companies and groupings that one or more of the aforementioned companies control, directly or indirectly, together or separately, as defined in Articles L. 233-3 and L. 233-16 of the French Commercial Code;
5. Companies and groupings over which one or more of the aforementioned companies exercise, together or separately, significant influence as defined in Article L. 233-16 of the French Commercial Code.
