Julien Warlouzé has 18 years of experience in strategy consulting, combining impact-driven entrepreneurship and top-tier advisory firms. He founded JWA Strategy in France, where he advised SMEs, mid-sized companies, and investment funds on growth, transformation, and strategic due diligence.
He began his career at PwC Paris, leading organizational transformation and modernization projects for large corporations and public institutions.
Today, as an Associate Director at EY-Parthenon Africa, he leads the Growth Strategy practice, supporting companies and investment funds across Africa in their growth journeys: selecting new markets, designing strategic plans, and conducting due diligences. He places a strong emphasis on sustainable growth and organizational transformation.
